Pre-Order Information
If an item is listed as being a pre-order, this means the product has not been manufactured yet but will have an estimated release date for sometime in the near future. You can contact us via email before placing an order if you have any concerns.
Vinyl manufacturing always comes with a general risk of production delays, especially after the struggles faced by plants during the COVID-19 pandemic. We aim to be as realistic as possible with our pre-order times but can not guarantee delivery times on pre-orders or standard orders. We are a small label ran out of a bedroom with other responsibilities in life, but do our best to make sure you get your order!
To stay up to date with shipping progress, you can stay up to date with our posts on Instagram. We try our best to keep everyone informed with their orders, but patience is key and greatly appreciated.
Shipping
For purchases going to the UK, EU, Canada and internationally, all others are dispatched directly from us via Royal Mail.
If purchasing in the United States, orders will ship directly from the US via USPS. Please note that we ship US orders in bulk from the UK to our shipping partners semi-regularly, so please expect a slight delay in receiving your order. This is done to make shipping to the US safer and significantly cheaper than shipping directly from the UK.
Combined Shipping
We understand that having to pay shipping fees for multiple different items can be annoying. A lot of our stock can be in several locations at one time, which makes combining orders for shipping either very difficult or near impossible. Due to this we can not combine shipping on most orders and you will just have to wait for your items to be shipped separately.
Refund/Damage Policies
Refunds can only be issued with a legitimate excuse. Requesting a refund shortly after an order can cause issues for small record labels like ourselves, as well as independent artists. If you want a refund, please note that you will accept approx. 5% of your total order value due to non-refundable PayPal/card processing fees.
We package our records with great care and will do our best to work out a solution if an order does arrive seriously damaged, but please do not request a full refund for something minor. (tiny corner ding on sleeve, a single pop/skip during vinyl playback etc.)
While unfortunate, seam-split damage on inner sleeves and minor ‘dings’ on vinyl jackets can not be treated as serious damage that require replacing or refunding.
Address Changes
If you require an address change for any order, please contact us via email here as soon as possible, regardless of your order being a pre-order or for something in stock.
Sizing Charts
We usually use Gildan t-shirts for any shirts produced, although the shirt brand will be mentioned on the item listing if otherwise, which you can use to search online for a quick answer.
Do you accept label submissions?
Currently we do not accept submissions due to putting focus on our release schedule, but feel free to email us about your release here! We can not guarantee a response but will do our best to listen.
I run a distro/record label, can we work together?
Feel free to email us here and we can talk about it! We're always up to discuss working with other record labels on co-releases or stocking our releases as distro.
